Hi, I’m Dani!
FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH
For a long time I was an out of shape, binge eating, under eating athlete with little knowledge about weights. I had played sports growing up, such as Muay Thai, swimming, and horseback riding, but never did anything with weights. I walked into my first CrossFit gym in January of 2020, and my life was changed forever.
I was always one of those people that chased the quick fixes and constantly yo-yo dieted. With research, guidance from others, and through a process of trial and error, I learned how to properly nourish my body and finally leave binge eating behind. I have muscle on my body I never thought I would have. I have seen myself do things I never thought I would be able to do. It is amazing what proper fueling of one's body can do!

I have found a passion in helping others with their own nutrition. It is so easy to feel like one is lost and a prisoner to one's own mind and body. I want to help free people from that. I want others to be able to enjoy a slice of pizza without the guilt or need to over train for days after. 1. I call myself a hobby hopper - I love trying new things
2. I have 2 beautiful sons named Theo and Luca and a third baby on the way
3. My biggest craving during both my pregnancies were cold cut sandwiches with extra oil and
vinegar
4. I am a notorious car rim scratcher
5. I found out Santa and the Tooth Fairy weren’t real on the same day :(
